How do multiple submissions work?
How do multiple submissions work?

Congratulations on purchasing a list with multiple submissions! It is by far the most common (and successful!) way of submitting for representation through Repunzel.

First, let's get clear about the definition of a Repunzel submission:

A submission is one full iteration through a list of contacts.

So if you've purchased a list with multiple submissions (ie: Plus bundle), then you get multiple attempts to submit to a list. Each submission attempt will be represented by a small tab at the top of the list:

In the example above, you get 3 attempts to submit to every agent on the LA Combo Agent List (125 contacts-your number will be different). This means at the end of Submission 1, you'll have finished the entire list of agents and Submission 2 will unlock.

Note: We don't allow you to send all your emails at once for each Submission. Instead, we break them up into 50 emails at a time. We call these "rounds" of emails. How does the send limit work?

Here are the most important things you should know about doing multiple submissions:

  1. You must allow 1 month between submissions to prevent spamming agents (as stated on our website and our Terms of Service).

  2. When you click "Start Submission" on any new submission, we automatically remove any outdated contacts and update any emails that have changed since your previous submission attempt.

  3. Your unused submissions never expire so you should never feel rushed to submit before you're ready.

If you're more of a visual learner, here is a graphical representation of an example multiple submission process:
